I don't think that equal opportunities, and being able to work in non-sexualized environments is semantics or intangible (to name just a few). You've already quoted extensively about what feminists want. The fact that real-life scenarios have nuance and that different people are focused on slightly different things or that they have another perspective is called life, it's called being part of a large umbrella. Political parties don't believe exactly the same things as everyone in their party and they don't have a clear and unified voice and yet we mostly understand what they each stand for. I'm not sure why you imagine that any social movement is going to be perfectly clean, unified, homogenized, etc. It seems to me like a back-handed way of discrediting them.
