I have no issue with age difference relationships as long as there is no exploitation going on, but but there's also a huge cultural dynamic of this that has been encouraged by more than Hollywood. A shocking number of rock stars had relationships with very young girls when they themselves were in their late 20s, and 30s. Some even essentially bought legal guardianship of them so they could transport them across state lines legally. While I agree that individuals should date who they want to, we do need to recognize and challenge this cultural narrative because it's got abuse and exploitation baked into it.
