I haven’t devised anything…… it’s the way that we lived for over 97% of human history. More and more science confirms this in both direct and indirect ways. Here’s my latest, pulling a bunch of that science together to formulate a cohesive picture. It’s fairly different from the one that you believe in, so I don’t expect you to embrace it all, but here it is anyhow.
Power to and power with refer to hierarchies of actualization (as distinct from hierarchies of domination), where the job of the leader is to make sure their team has what they need to do their job effectively. In a church setting, it might be referred to as servant leadership.
