I haven't said that hierarchy is bad, I've said that dominance based hierarchies are.
As I noted quite clearly in the OP, patriarchal dominance hierarchies arose about 5k years go characterized by male dominance, combined with male violence, as well as an almost feudal system of barons and warlords that arises for the first time in history.

In the US, salaries for CEOs have skyrocketed to the point where they are now 361 times that of the average worker (as just one example). In order to keep the average man from noticing and complaining about that, they instead keep men focused on the ways that women's equality is somehow robbing men of their "place" and their livelihoods - rather than that being accomplished by the usual suspects who are always lining their pockets at the expense of the little guy.
The UK-based anti-extremism charity HOPE not hate released a new report on Monday that found half of the young men surveyed believe feminism "has gone too far and makes it harder for men to succeed."
Despite the perceptions of young men surveyed, critics would argue that feminism has not gone far enough in the UK. The UK now ranks 21st on the World Economic Forum’s Gender Equality Index. Women in the country remain underrepresented in politics, and the gender pay gap is not narrowing.
