I just spent 10 paragraphs defining egalitarian. WTF is wrong with you? I also sent you a long comment yesterday explaining many of the ways that Native American cultures are egalitarian. It doesn't matter what you consider them to be. You aren't an expert in this field. You very clearly believe, despite everything that I've said to the contrary, that any elements of male dominance in a culture makes it patriarchal - and not egalitarian -despite that fact that I just wrote a book patiently explaining to you how and why this is not the case.
