I managed women of various ethnicities in a partnership-oriented organization for many years and it worked wonderfully. I'm not sure how it would have been any different with men too.

But that aside, I've quoted to you from various Forbes magazine articles written by business people talking about how this is the wave of the future in business, as well as how it's used in military special forces. Then there are the quotes from a man who studied this in action and wrote a book about it, but I can't possibly actually know what I'm talking about because why? Even if I'd never had any actual experience with this organizational style, the fact that I've given several real-world examples from people who have ought to be given more respect.

Have you any idea how often I get that sort of nonsense from some white men, and only from white men? Or how unbelievably tedious and tiresome that is?
