I really resonate with a lot of this, although since I married James in my late 20s, I then pretty much stopped thinking about it. I had done what I was "supposed" to do and found a man to settle down with. I really had no idea what still bubbling there under the surface.
It is pretty silly how confused a lot of people still are about bi/pansexuality. It's the refusal to go into a box, and although I get that boxes making sorting easier in the human brain, we ought to be able to move beyond them a little more easily than we do as a culture.
