I suggest a nude beach or a swinger's club - when you're in a room full of naked or nearly naked people who aren't spending all their time judging women's bodies by Hollywood standards, it's amazing what it does to dismantle a lot of that programming. At least it did for me. And being around other women who are not constantly worried about their "imperfections" helps too. Hugs!
