I support you in that. Perhaps if you'd been a little more clear that this is one possible reason - but since you began with "Many men have experienced real trauma" it landed for me that you were saying this was a typical dynamic. If you'd said "Some men" instead. . .
Some men also have social anxiety disorders, have been bullied by their fathers, or other factors that might contribute to not much confidence around approaching women. None of this is their "fault" but we can all learn to improve and grow and deal with our traumas (rather than blaming women) which I understand you are not doing in the slightest - but it is a common narrative.
