I think a lot of men do harass and assault women - however there's also a lot to indicate serial offenders are the main issue. In other words, it's not necessarily the same percentage as women who are victimized. That being said, we don't actually know for sure what percentage of men are doing these things. It's way, way more than it should be if this were the fault of "bad apples."
