I understand. I very much identify as a woman and always have - despite gender roles and boxes. I'm certainly not advocating that everyone become non-binary, simply pointing out that the people I know who are cite their disconnect from gender roles and boxes as one of the main reasons they identify that way.
As I noted, we are all some blend of Yin and Yang, and the goal is to find where you authentically are on that continuum — which may well be quite far towards one of the poles in some people — not to try to become something you are not.
