I understand that in order to let their personality shine, women have to want to talk to them in the first place. Basic good grooming and clothes and hair that work for your body/face are important - and it's rather shocking how few men prioritize those, but then it comes down to confidence - which is basically understanding your own strengths and challenges and owning who you are. I hope that you are indeed helping these men with those things.
