I understand your point and sympathize with it. It's a completely unacceptable scenario. But the fact remains that well over 90% of rapes are committed by men acting out mainstream masculine norms. The women who sexually abuse others have typically been themselves abused (which doesn't excuse it), but they themselves are also acting out patriarchal dominance hierarchy norms. It's one of the primary aspects of why we all need to working toward dismantling this social system and the abuse that it fosters.
