I used to work in a personnel office and reviewing resumes was always good for a laugh, although I do feel for those who were saddled with names that caused them problems. Some of the ones that stood out:

Valencia - a type of orange and the place in Spain where those oranges come from.

Simeon - apparently, this one is in the Bible, but it also means ape-like
