I was reading up more on Nick Cannon to get a better sense of the situation. Looks like he was in ongoing relationships with most of his baby-mamas. Some of them he's had multiple kids with. While that is not strictly speaking, being monogamous, it is still quite different than having 130 one-night stands because he does not have to locate, compete for, woo, and mate with different women who also would have to be ovulating in order to get pregnant.
