I would never block someone who has a difference of opinion who is engaging in good faith. I agree that engaging in real discussions makes more sense than demonizing those with different view points.

And, I consider those who find LGBTQ folks pornorgraphic and aberrant prima facie to be beyond the realm of civil discourse. They want to and are banning non-sexual books with LGBTQ characters at the same time that they are allowing books that have kissing and sex scenes between straight people. It's nasty and hypocritical. They are demonizing fellow human beings for not fitting into their non-scientific made up rules about how human beings "ought" to be. It's tired and lame, and filled with nothing but hate. I don't have any tolerance for this.
