I'd love to hear more about all this someday, and yes, I think the younger generations are more comfortable with this kind of organizational style. Glad you are in a supportive work environment. It seems like so many people aren't.
I have an acquaintance who is an "agility coach." He said that he and his cohorts know they've done a good job when half the people they are coaching end up leaving the company because they now see how much better things could be. The company hires these people to come in an coach for agility, but still are often unable or unwilling to shift corporate culture enough to really embrace it. But Rome wasn't built in a day. Hopefully this becomes more and more commonplace and expected by the younger generations until at some point it's just the way most things are done.
