If men don't have enough self-control to behave like adults, then perhaps they shouldn't be in so many positions of power. And, that being said, I too have been to all sorts of places such as clothing options resorts and sex clubs where men were around naked and semi-naked women and had no problem at all acting responsibly and maturely.
