I'm a social scientist specializing in this subject matter area. From a social science perspective, (as I already made quit clear in the story that I linked you), a patriarchy is more than just a male/female dynamic, it's a whole system of power enforced social stratification, although the US is squarely still a patriarchy by gender metrics as well - as was quite clearly delineated and supported in the story about that.

The social system that we have is not relative to what other people have in their countries. If it meets certain metrics, then that's what it is. If you don't want to acknowledge or believe that, that's your problem.

I don't have any more time to spend here.

I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint. I do not feel ashamed. I'm your hell, I'm your dream, I'm nothing in between.
