I'm all for clear communication, shedding the shackles of gender norms, and anything else that interferes with authenticity. Stop putting words in my mouth based on how you've decided I must feel (and not on anything that I've said). You didn't ask me how the world should be, you tried to tell me how it is - which isn't really accurate. When I describe to you how it is, that's all I'm doing. The same with Chief's suggestions. He's telling you how to better work with the world we have today. That doesn't mean he advocates for that world - he's simply giving tips about how to better navigate it.

I find it a really lame tactic to have a big hissy fit because someone talked about reality rather than the idealized conditions you (and probably they) would prefer. It's not good-faith debate.
