I'm all for reaching out and building bridges. That has always been my strength and my MO, but there's also a place for reality checks in that scenario. So, let's stop making this abstract and make it clear and concrete. Why don't you extend that level of benevolence to women who have been horribly abused by men who use anti-male rhetoric? Why don't you transcend the pain that such women have caused you because you understand that it comes from a place of their own wounding - and after all, it's important to understand why someone does what they do....
I'm not trying to be a jerk here by throwing your own words back in your face. I'm trying to hold up a mirror so that you can actually see yourself.
