I’m always open to learning new things and taking in new perspectives although I don’t really see how those who are lower in power down the dominance pyramid are going to make any lasting impact without buy in from those at the top.

We’ve been doing sexual harassment training in workplaces for almost 50 years, to little real effect. It is only as those with the most power take on that topic that any meaningful change is taking place.
