I’m sad to report that this is indeed the world that we live in. I’ve not had a death threat (yet) but as Yael said, the larger a woman’s voice grows, the more pushback and hate it attracts. There are still way too many of these kinds of misogynists around, and it’s really important for the men like you who are not like this to understand just how bad it really is.
