I'm sorry if you've misunderstood, but I have never once said that men shouldn't be logical or strong. In fact, I'd like to see a lot more of them being those things instead of pretending they are (and women aren't) and instead being run by their hurt feelings and their weaknesses - which is what I mostly come across. As Robert noted, one of the ways to be a good "provider" is to do ones fair share of child, home, and elder care and to provide real partnership to your spouse/mate.
As Robert also noted, you aren't the kind of man he's describing and mostly what there is for you to do is to try to be the best human being you can be, and to apologize if you make a mistake. If you're trying to learn, and trying to get the hang of what guys like him are saying, then you're way ahead of the game compared to a lot of other men.
