I’m sure there is more to be said about a wider issue of personality cults, but I’m speaking specifically about those who value and promote the rightness of a patriarchal dominance hierarchy and social Darwinism beliefs who use their bully pulpit to publicly sneer at their colleagues who are asking for help and those who actually care about the community.
