I'm unconvinced that testosterone really is what drives competitiveness. From what I've read, it's actually the other way around that aggression and ultra-competitiveness spike testosterone levels, but yes to the upper body strength thing being useful at times.

Everyone of any gender has a spectrum of Yin and Yang traits and as we begin to loosen the norms around what is allowed, I think we more and more see that the differences between individuals is much larger than any inherent (and not socialized) differences between men and women. But I do appreciate that you are encouraging men, in particular, to deprogram from some of the old harmful narratives.
