Indeed! My husband used to have to work a lot of late hours and I never thought twice about what else he was getting up to because we have a real partnership. Because he worked so many hours, I always managed all the money, and paid the bills. I also mowed the lawn and took the cars in for service on top of working a full time job and doing all the cooking and most of the cleaning. We both liked it better when he started working fewer hours and we had more time together, but we still maintain our job sharing - mostly based on what we each prefer to do on any given day.
