It didn’t really change it much, unfortunately. Women are still stigmatized today for being sexual beings. They are supposed to be sexy, but not too sexy, and not slutty. It’s not as shocking for women to have sex outside of marriage as in days gone by but it’s still judged and it still comes with a lot of risks for women.
