It doesn't imply that all men are pedophiles because this statistic is about what happens to women - not about who perpetrates that level of harassment. Stop centering yourself in this narrative. I've already provided you with a Cornell study that demonstrates how pretty much all girls suffer street harassment - a huge percentage of them starting at 10 or so and instead of being outraged by that, you are quibbling with me because you think this is an attack on men.

Let me spell this out for you so that you can understand it - if 100% of beavers are animals it does not mean that all animals are beavers. If a nearly universal number of women have been harassed on the streets from a young age, that means that some perecentage of men do that (I don't know the exact amount because who admits to that?) and the culture tolerates it to the point that it happens pervasively. Guys like you who apparently don't actually care about young girls experiencing that are the reason that it still happens - because you pooh-pooh it, attack women who are trying to talk about it, and otherwise turn a blind eye. You don't have to actually be doing it yourself to be upholding the structures that allow it to continue at such high levels.
