It is, but a lot of women (not all, but many) are doing it anyhow. We need more men to be brave enough to do it as well. Traditional masculinity requires men to always be in control, but until all of the wounds and shadow places are met, that will only ever be an illusion.

I really appreciated this piece. A man who is doing his inner work is indeed attractive, in part because it's so rare.
