It sounds like you are doing a great job of navigating a path with no map - one that for the most part makes you all really happy it sounds like. It also sounds like you are encountering a lot of monogamy mindset from other people. Wishing you all the best in continuing to stand for what feeds your soul, whatever that may be. And just for the record, from my perspective, polyamory means intimate connections with more than one person. Those don't have to all be committed, or even all sexual in nature.
