It would be almost funny (if it weren't so insidious) that they don't think the "compromise" ought to be that more men get their heads out of their asses and come into the 21st century. On top of that, by 2035, whites will be in the minority in all age demographics (they already are in most of the younger ones) so they really ought to just grow up and come to terms with that. It's not "replacement" - it's the kind of pluralism this country has supposedly always stood for (although that was mostly theoretically - as long as white heterosexual Christian men could run everything).

White male identity politics has been the main one for so long that some people seem to believe that's not actually what it is, but when "normal" is just continued support and propping up of their needs and interests, at the expense of everyone else, that is exactly what it is.

I've had several men get very huffy at me for saying that these types of men need to either adapt or go extinct, even though it's a prediction and not a threat. Apparently, it's better to vilify the messenger than it is to actually pay attention to the message.
