Realistically, men are not going to hold other men accountable when they can demonize and punish women instead. About 40% of fathers don't pay court ordered child support, and amongst men who get divorced, about 50% lose contact with their children within 5 years. Trying to make men take responsibility for offspring that occur outside of marriage - good fucking luck with that.
