It’s all true …. every last word of it! Being a “nice lady” is just the grown-up version of being a “good girl.” In other words, some kind of accommodating Stepford femme. I am a very warm and caring person but I’ve joked recently that if anyone calls me nice, they are going to get kicked in the shins.
