It's definitely a tough one because patriarchy is so intertwined with late-stage capitalism and white supremacy (all three are dominance-based systems). But, at least in some companies, there is a move toward a more partnership-oriented way of doing things because it's a lot more agile than old-style hierarchy. That gives me hope.
