It's weird how that works, but Oklahoma also made it very clear soon after the 10th circuit ruling that their state laws were going to stay the same and that they would arrest anyone breaking them. There was a case like this in I think New Hampshire a few years back where the women appealed and took it far enough that it could have been heard by the Supreme Court, which would have made for a "national standard" but they declined to hear it - which pretty much tosses it back to state laws, despite the 10th circuit decision.
