I've already explained to you how your framing this with words that I don't use or mean (such as innocent) is offbase and I don't have time to correct or deconstruct each of these off base assertions or parse out the meaning of every single term to your satisfaction. You've said you largely agree with much of what I've said but still want to quibble. I don't have time for or any interest in that.
But here's the short version: we have the culture that we tolerate and allow for and patriarchy is a Might Makes Right social system where men are seen as "real men" if they are "not a girl" and where they embody domination, aggression, and control of women. This needs to stop - because it drives nearly all violence in America - against women but also against other men. There is no one perfect way to challenge that, but it starts with recognizing that it needs to be challenged, and proceeds with standing up to other people who haven't yet recognized that so that it is no longer socially encouraged and tolerated.
As already noted, even the men who are doing this work have internalized and subconscious stuff that they may need to continue to confront - just as most women have some forms of internalized patriarchy as well. The difference is - as I already pointed out - women's internalized patriarchy isn't what is driving violence in the culture.
If you don't already understand what I'm saying, it's unlikely that you ever will, so I'm moving on here.
