I've had several men that I was actually friends with tell me that the #MeToo movement was divisive and problamatic, and I don't know what else. They simply refuse to appreciate how ubiquitous these types of experiences truly are. I don't know how we get across to them what it's like to have to live this way, except to keep sharing these sorts of stories. So, thank you for doing that, even though I'm sure it wasn't pleasant to remember those things in detail.
