I've never claimed it was scientific. In general, I'm not a fan and think it's not a work "tool" that is very practical or meaningful, but as you said, I see no reason to rain on other people's parades for no good reason. If the story had been about the scientif validity, that would have been a different thing. But it wasn't. I've seen that guy around leaving similar comments, and I just don't care for bullying.
