I've never received such a thing - and don't known anyone who has. The only consent forms I've ever received or signed - for myself or my son - indicated that there might be some redness or swelling at the injection site and you might have a mild fever that should go away in a day, that sort of thing.
And, yet, we know from the data from the manufacturers as well as the results of payouts from the Federal Vaccine Injury Compensation program that most vaccines carry a risk of anaphylaxis as well as other serious side-effects, including for some of them, death. (A big reason why they shouldn't be given by a pharmacist, FFS).
We routinely hear that about drugs advertised on TV, but yet pretty much never hear that about vaccines. Why is that? Because there is vested "public health" interest in getting people vaccinated even if we have to sacrifice some people - a situation that I find entirely monstrous but one that has been defending to me to and time again because they think it will never be them who ends up with Guillame-Barre or who dies on the spot.
What's wrong with forcing Big Pharma to do better with that? Nope, easier and much more fun to vilify and try to shame people who ask problematic questions.
