I've pursued these suckers through 3 or 4 hosting companies, and every time we get them shut down, they just pop up somewhere else. I've resorted to putting an extensive copyright notice at the bottom of my stories, including the advisory that if this story is appearing anywhere but Medium.com, it's appearing without my permission and has been stolen. Last I checked, they had included that part in their steal. It's not ideal, but at least it's something.
