Making a woman carry to term a child that she does not wish to raise just because a man would like to raise that child is not actual equality. I support your inclination to be fair to men/fathers, but this biologically just isn't a situation where parity can truly exist. A man becomes a father when he starts raising a child. Before that, he's essentially just a sperm donor.
