Making men's lives better by challenging problematic masculine norms and socialization is what will help women and is exactly what this author was advocating for - so even if that's not your direct intention, it's still the very most important thing that you can do. Thank you for doing that.

The second most important thing is to not have a hissy fit when a woman is talking about real sociological dynamics and how they have a demonstrable negative impact on women. It's akin to complaining that as a white person, you are tired of hearing about Black experience and pain in this culture. It's petulant and petty and fragile. If you're tired of hearing about this stuff, don't read it.

I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint. I do not feel ashamed. I'm your hell, I'm your dream, I'm nothing in between.
