Men are demonstrably more ruled by their emotions because they are so conditioned to suppress them - which means that they are essentially run by them like puppets with strings pulled by their subconscious. That doesn't mean that sometimes women don't do that too, but as a sociological dynamic, men are the ones getting in bar fights, yelling in the office, and attacking women on the internet because their unintegrated emotions are driving them to lash out in irrational ways.
