Most indigenous cultures have/had somewhere between 3-5 genders and it didn't stop them from having babies or "society." Getting all bent out of shape about this is just another way for patriarchy to justify itself - because two "opposite" genders is a key component and it undermines the power structures if we allow for anything else.
