Mostly, they are to feed babies. And then yes, they can also be sexual, but a lot of that is our culture. My friend who lives in rural Mexico says breasts are no big thing there because they are routinely seen nursing babies, but ankles are considered sexy and sexual.

I also really enjoy the sight of breasts. They are my favorite female body part and I have to admit that I'm glad mine are still perky at this stage of my life, but I've spent enough time in topless optional and clothing optional spaces (where penises were also on free display and it was no big deal) to understand that the human body is both inherently sensual and not always overtly sexual, depending on the context.
