My doctor suggested the book, The Plant Paradox by Dr. Stephen Gundry so that's what I'm doing. The first 6 weeks are a bit restrictive but I actually haven't even really struggled with that because there is no calorie counting or portion restrictions, and there are so many delicious things I can eat. I'm about to go into the phase where I can eat a few more things, so I'm looking forward to that. It's not a weight loss diet, it's an anti-inflammation diet, but I have lost about 10 pounds in the past 5 weeks, so I'll take that as well. Eating out can be tricky, but it's best not to eat out too often anyhow.
