My experience of these kinds of clubs is that they are fairly heteronormative, even though they are accepting of trans women and people of varying body types. Polyamory does tend to lead to greater sexual fluidity, but what is often taking place in these kinds of clubs is more along the lines of swinging, a cousin of wife swapping.
