My one thing to add to this terrific article, at least from my own experience, is that in an MFM, the woman should lead (rather than the relationship M). That's a part of what makes it such a delicious experience, and helps diffuse any competition between the guys. Of course, good communication beforehand is a must, but for James, his "rules" were always, "Don't hurt her, show her respect, and the rest is up to her to tell you." It always worked out very well.
