No, a very small percentage of men are doing anything meaningful. We appreciate them, but they are mostly like unicorns - so rare as to be functionally irrelevant. There's a whole lot of fake feminists out there, a whole lot of Joss Whedons and others who pretend for their own interests but who aren't real. Most men are threatened by women as true equals, even if it's mostly subconscious. It that weren't the case, we wouldn't still have the levels of sexual harassment (which is about keeping women "in their place") we wouldn't have the levels of rape, we wouldn't still have the authority gap or women being drummed out of STEM. Yes, more men accept that than 20 years ago, but no, most men do not accept it.
